Payments

We offer several ways to pay various fees and rents. 

To pay application fees, security deposits or rent, you may utilize: 

1.  Mail a check or money order. Free other than postage.

2.  E-check.  Just fill out form, attach a voided check and e-mail to us. Free to you.  E-Check form

We can set up automatic payment of rents thru ACH.  Upon sigining the lease agreement, just fill out the appropriate form.  

3.  Venmo.  Any fees associated with this payment, shall be added to the amount submitted.  If you mark the transaction as goods or serivce a charge of 1.9% + $.10.  If you don 't mark it as goods or service.  It is free!
