Brown Property Management, LLC offers properties for rent/lease for other property owners.  We strive for good properties, at a good price, and seek good tenants to occupy these units.

Property Owners

Whatever your reason to seek someone to help manage your property (had enough of your tenants, don't know what to do, live out of the area), I can help you.

• I inspect your property before and after each tenant

• I schedule all small repairs and report to you
• I supply you with monthly reports on your property
• I do all the yearly 1099s for suppliers
• I can offer auto bank draft to your tenants and to you.

My background is 30+ years residential construction, 20 years real estate broker and 11 years experience in the rental housing market.  I am a landlord and have been the Executive Officer of the Southwest Missouri Rental Housing Association for the last 7 years.
